Dina Food group of companies is made up of ten separate functioning entities. Although independently owned and operated, the majority shareholding in all the companies (except KACC) remains in ownership of one business family.

The first member company was established in 1959, and the group has since spent tireless years building its reputation based on a foundation of openness, commitment, solidarity, and unrelenting growth and progress.

In Iran where the companies are based, Dina affiliate companies engage in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and local investments, often alongside multinational and regional partners.

The companies engage in a wide array of activities, including bottling beverages, producing snack foods, manufacturing aluminum cans, making cartons and plastic crates, and producing powder cheese. The distributing wing that burdens the distribution of all these products is undoubtedly one of the most expansive and up to date sales and distribution networks in the country.
